Weblogic Command to Bounce Pool

Weblogic Server can be managed remotely via a shell script using the
weblogic.Admin Java utility with CONNECT as the argument. This class
takes in the security credentials (user name/password) and tries to
connect to the weblogic server. If the weblogic server is up it will shut it down.
